My nail polish journey...it may have just begun but its awesome

Hey guys its been a while I've missed you! So lately Ive been playing around with nail polish and designs and well its been pretty hard to find blogs and forums about short nails. Im imagining that many other people are also having a hard time. My nails are very small, like tiny not just the length but in general my nails are very small and so are my hands. Many products out there are a bit hard to use like the Impressions nail things lol Im not sure what they are called. Those press on nails are very wide and long for my nails. Those press ons are a no go so the old nail polish dotting tool have to work for me. Many Youtube videos and tumbler blogs show off very long nails or wide nail beds here is an example of what my nail look like

My nails are small and short getting nail designs on these its a bit tricky but its not impossible. The colors im wearing are sinful colors base coat wet n wilds blazed and my top coat is revlon extra life no chip. The ascent nail its a random glitter nail polish and Ive added studs.

 Ive gotten better at doing my own nails it just takes practice other girls with small hands and nails like mine can do any design that they chose sometimes you just have to customize it a bit like I like to do my french tips a bit thinner to make my nails look longer its all about tricking the mind in a way. All nails can be beautiful just because your nails are shaped a certain way or the size you can do any design.

 This is my first ever attempt at a nail design they were supposed to be flowers it didn't turn out that way they look like eggs.

Dasani Drops a review

Hey guys! its been a while since I've written an entry to this blog, so I've been busy with work..you know where you go for 40 hours a week and get paid biweekly. God, my job gets in the way with my eating , sleeping schedule.If you know once summer hits, the heat the sun and the sweating, its honestly not as fun New York city heat is no joke. The humidity omg Frizz-central ya'll.
     This year I've been trying to drink more water and I don't know about you guys, but water to me is like medicine. I hate it! Unless its really really cold and I'm really really hot. I recently received a package from Influenster.com and it couldn't have come at a better time. I truly was going to live off of fizzy sugary drinks for the rest of the summer. I received a bottle of Dasani water and Two Dasani drops.

I tried both flavors and honestly I only likes the Pineapple coconut one. This flavor is so amazing it gives the water a slight yellow tint which I don't mind and it smells so good. Pineapple coconut taste like a Pinacolada in juice/water form. Since receiving these drops I've been drinking about a liter of water daily. I know i know its crazy from not drinking water at all to drinking a litter this was truly heaven sent. My kidneys thank you Influenster.com .
 Now the other drops do still get love just not from me... its not that the berry one isn't good I just don't like berries much...unless its in a smoothie... or ice-cream. I did drink it a couple of times i found it a bit to tart for my taste. My boyfriend absolutely loves this stuff he's a gym junkie so he's always pumping iron so he already drinks a large amount of water. He really likes the flavor of both the drops and has shared his new found love with family and friends. There are other flavors that I've tried out because of them pink lemonade is a really good one. Dasani drops are like the new Pokemon cards in my circle of friends. There are a total of 6 flavors to choose from Cherry pomegranate, Grape, Pineapple Coconut, Pink Lemonade, Mixed berries and Strawberry Kiwi. Head and shoulders shampoo and conditioner damage rescue

Firstly and foremost Happy New Year Guys and Gals!!
I  received this shampoo and conditioner  from Influester.com for review considerations.  I tested this shampoo today for the first time and already my hair feels better than it has in years. My hair has a lot of damage let me briefly go over my hairs history, at 14 i started to dye my hair and im now 24 so this is 10 years of changing my hair color , flt ironing , perming , curling, ect... My hair was fried dyed no life in it , I have been doing treatments in the last year as well and stopped dying it. I've embraced my dark chocolate brown hair its quite lovely.

This last week I've not washed my hair until today before using this shampoo I wanted my hair to be as greasy dirty as possible. Im really bad at describing hair types or texture but I know what it should feel like so to speak. When my hair was a virgin it was long shiny and strong , I remember having the most silkiest hair in class. My hair was the cause of envy in my school. I feel that if i continue to use head and shoulder damage rescue and trim my hair every 2-3 months my hair will be happy and healthy once more. I promise my hair to be good with the occasional hot tool use but not often.
     My first review will be on the shampoo its self. The shampoo smells really good my nose is a bit stuffy but i could still smell it . The shampoo is a creamy orange color the texture very rich and creamy I really enjoyed the lather. I personally feel that if my shampoo or soap lathers its really cleaning, The shampoo lathers really nicely and I felt that the shampoo alone would have left my hair soft and silky. Normally I shampoo my hair twice to make sure my hair is squeaky clean. Overall I really enjoyed the shampoo and would purchase it for my self in the future when my bottle runs out.
    The Conditioner....Omg ...oMg! Its perfect my hair didn't feel greasy at all with this conditioner. I condition the ends of my hair because the roots don't need it i make enough natural oils up there. The conditioner has a similar color to the shampoo and smell which is fine. I'm not a big hair person  but i really felt a difference in my hair I'm very impressed with it .
